Cancel a Booking

All accounts will be debited on a Wednesday & Thursday of every fortnight.

Families/Guardians must cancel 24 hours (business hours) prior to the start of their child/ren booking session.
A full fee will apply if a Permanent or Casual booking is cancelled after a 24hr period.
If a medical certificate is provided within 24hours of cancellation you will not incur a cancellation fee.
If OSHCare 4 KIDS are not notified of your child/ren’s attendance you will incur the normal full fee session charge as well as an additional non-booking fee charge of $5.00 per child.
A Before and After school Care annual administration fee of $25.00 per family will apply. This amount will be debited with each new enrolment. Any families that re-enrol will be debited on the first Thursday in December per calendar year.

Any cancellations after the closing date will incur a full fee session charge per child.
Fees are non-refundable once bookings have been made for Vacation Care and Curriculum Days.
Any bookings made for Vacation Care after the closing date will incur an additional administration charge of $25 per family
A full fee session charge will still apply if a medical certificate is provided.
A Vacation Care annual administration fee of $25.00 per family will apply. This amount will be debited with each new enrolment. Any families that re-enrol will be debited on the first Wednesday and Thursday in January and February per calendar year.
