Enrolment into a Program

This easy process will get you and your children enrolled in our fantastic programs.

Step 2 - Fill in the Forms

Download a copy of the following from the relevant Program page (above):

• Enrolment Form (per child)
• Direct Debit Form (per family)
• Booking Form (Vacation Care only)

Step 3 - Send us the Forms

Once you have filled in the forms and other required information,
